There is an instant boost mod, if you do not like how the boost builds up. When i mean instant boost, I mean it!

I would get 9lbs instantly!!!!

Has anyone done a custom tune with their blower setup on these that gets rid of the cylinder deactivation, or with the extra power is it not needed really?

The Magnuson tune included with mine got rid of 4 cylinder mode.
