I replaced both heater hose tee's. since one decided to break off just as the wife pulled into work. Good time to replace the hoses and thermostat as well.
+1 on this. keep the spindles and replace the front shocks and put the stock springs back in. Or try the stock springs and the shock you have so you can eliminate the springs if it still rides like crap.
Are you lowered at all? If so then try What i said about swapping rear sway bar bolts for the 9 /16.
If not then could be the body mount ? Or possibly the front sway bar end links ?
I recently put larger bolts in the rear controll arms. Been a week and so far no more popping noises.

I think it's 2 1/2x2 3/4 for the top sway bar end link. one each side. Mine had a 1/2 on the bottom already.
And 4 9 1/6 x4 1/2 for the lower trailing arm.
I only did the one on each lower trailing arm since i only bought 2. Need to buy 2 more.

I guess this is to quite down the popping noise when you go around a turn or back out of your driveway like mine does.
