I'm pretty sure when you do the waterpump, you also need to replace the fan clutch. When I did mine, the waterpump came with a letter inside that said the warranty is void if you do not replace the fan clutch at the time of replacement. Noises in dash
Sounds like a malfunctioning blend door or position actuator. If you are having heater issues then this would indicate that you probably need a new blend door. There are a lot of posts on this topic. -

I think I finally solved the problem. I had the truck go into reduced engine power mode again and found that the connector at the Throttle body actuator had wiggled loose. Pioneer Nav illumination wiring
Just an fyi, the brown/white wire will work as this is what I used but the voltage on the wire changes with the dimmer switch in the truck. alternator OD pulley
I think the Torx head on the inside of the pulley is used to hold the pulley still while you try to remove the nut for the pulley but it doesn't work. I tried for a while before I gave up. Just have a shop near you remove it with an impact gun and install the same way. It will take about 2...- 03YukonNH

Engine Hours- What's High?
225k miles with 6500 hours. I am the second owner. I know it didn't idle a lot and most of these were highway miles. Averages to 34.6 mph or 1 minute 45 seconds per mile. Sounds reasonable to me. haha- 03YukonNH

Need New Body Control Module
Don't you have a dome over ride button next to your headlight switch? How come you removed all the bulbs? Are you sure you have a new bcm? This sounds like my exact problem and I had to refresh the bcm because of it.- 03YukonNH

Windshield wiper fluid reservoir leaking on 2001 Tahoe

Ya it gets warm but it's an incandescent bulb not an LED. I haven't had any problems. I just couldn't justify replacing with the factory buttons since they are so expensive. -

I ordered a set of MMH1's and H1 XB35 H1 bulbs and Nick shipped the plates yesterday. I want the bixenon functionality to work with the H1's. I already have a DDM harness for my HIDs in my denali projectors but its not installed. Do I need a bixenon harness? Where can I get one? -

OnStar Deactivation?
Buttons won't do anything. My onstar is analog and pushing the buttons won't work. Removing the buttons shouldn't have any adverse affect.- 03YukonNH

Passenger rear window doesn't work
Try holding the window switch while giving the door panel some quick whacks with your fist. Should free up the motor. Sounds like its stuck. But you will probably have to replace it since this is just a temporary fix to get it moving.
