    painting has begun!

Aw man, I hate to see people paint over the green. That is hands down my favorite color on the 90's Chevy/GMC Full Size. I love mine in white, but deep down, I wish it was green. My 1998 GMC P/U was green and I freakin loved that truck !!

Whats the biggest tire I can have?

FYI, Currently I'm running 265/75/16. I'd like a bigger tire to fill up the wheel wells and give the truck an aggressive look. I don't wheel the truck, I'm a concrete cowboy, oh ya, lol.

    Heavy Duty Aftermarket Bumpers

I checked a few of the site mentioned here, and I am amazed at some of the prices. . . . really high for some of them. :Plugged: There goes that idea.

    black paint

Cheap paint jobs can be found under $1000, but a quality single stage would run around $3000 provided there is no body work that needs attention. A real accurate quote depends on the condition of the vehicle, type of paint used to shoot the vehicle, and often times just b choosing black as a...

whos got the hottest hoe here?

I really like the deep Burgundy color. Its different that 95% of the trucks out there and its a cool color IMO. I would paint the bottom panels to match the rest of the truck, but as for a bigger lift, I'm not sure. I like lifted trucks, but you run a fine line between tastefully lifted and...

    Heavy Duty Aftermarket Bumpers

So I have always been a fan of heavy duty bumpers or the addition of "push bumpers" on a 4WD vehicle. What do you folks know about them and what do you recommend? Pros/Cons between weld or bolt on applications? And as always . . . . :pics-stfu: Thanks in advance. :Handshake:

    35"toyo open country m/t

I'm not a fan of anything Toyo. (They look sweet thou) Michelin, Bridgestone, Goodyear are all safe beats for high quality rubber. Michelin is the best in my opinion, they used to be the only company who produces passenger grade tires to commercial standards.

    Oil pressure...

I just got an oil pressure sensor in the mail today. How hard is it to install? I'm no mechanic but I can do simple things like plugs and wires, oil changes and such. I'm tried to determine if I should do it myself or have my mechanic do it. Also, does anyone have photo's of an install?

    Air Compreesor Questions.

So I have been kicking around the idea of purchasing an air compressor but I haven't got a clue as to what I'm looking for. I thinking around $200 - 300 It would be for home/personal use and I'd like something strong enough to run a DA sander. Any suggestions or mistakes you've made that I...

Feel like i should have kept my tails red...

I wouldn't go clear, then it would look like a beaner mobile. (No Disrespect intended, I just don't know a more PC way to say it) I like the red better than the black. Bow Tie looks good but no the tail-lights.

best muffler for my 99 tahoe

I replaced my exhaust a few months ago. I first started off with a Flowmaster Super 40 (2 Chamber) but after a few days it became annoyingly loud. I almost immediately had buyer remorse when I drove away from the muffler shop. I switched it up a few days later for a Flowmaster 50-series HD (3...

    Lucas Trannsmission Additive, Comments?

Lucus is good stuff. I had a simular problem with a Toyota of mine, after I added the Lucust to the Tranny, it fixed the hard shifting for over 6 months until I got my tranny drained and new oil put in. Still to this day the problem has never resurfaced. I use Lucust Fuel additive, Lucust...

    Dealing with Rust.

So I've been considering to treat and cover the undercarriage of my Tahoe because I have a ton of surface rust all throughout the undercarriage. I've done the naval jelly thing to small areas of rust, but I'm clueless what type of product to use for large areas that won't put me in the poor...
