'99 5.7 Expired - Need replacement SoCal

After 197,000 miles, the engine in my '99 Tahoe has expired.

I don't have time to rebuild this myself, I'm looking for a replacement either used or, rebuilt long block.

Would of the members have any suggestions in the Southern California area?
