Anyone running 305s on OEM 22s

285/45/R22 is the way to go in my opinion. 305 on my '16 LTZ would have probably rubbed on the wheel well, or control arms.

Speaker Replacement Question, 2011 Yukon XL Denali with Bose...

I chose to go with JL Audio ZR components for front, and JL C5's in rear doors, but they also sound better if adding an amp.

When is Dual Battery/Alternator necessary ? How much audio power ?

I used to have 3 Alpine PDX amps running a total of 2600 watts, I used 1/0 gauge to the 2nd battery which was a Shuriken SK-BT60. It ran the system fine. 1 HO alternator was used for both main battery and audio system battery. Now I use 2 amps running 1200 watts with same battery, perhaps over...

Installing headunit with Bose non-nav system - PAC RP5-GM31

Ordered it from this site. https://camera-source.com/2009-2014-suv-convert-mirror-to-navi-display.html They also make an adapter to share the rear view display in the mirror and send it to the Head Unit. I didn't want that option, just wanted rear view mirror to be a mirror only.

Installing headunit with Bose non-nav system - PAC RP5-GM31

Was going to use this PAC device, but instead went with the Maestro box that also adds options to check "vitals" of the vehicle if the head unit allows it. Also had to get the adapter to send rear camera from the mirror to the head unit. Head Unit is: Kenwood DDX-9904s

    Need new instrument cluster

Blue LEDs MOD by Scottyboy over a year ago... Scott did mine over a year ago, I did have a problem with a few, that started to blink fast, then go out, but he replaced then for me. Overall gives the SUV a unique look, and modern design (considering the age). Thanks again Scott !!

2001 GMC Yukon XL Dash Bezel Upgrade

Yeah '03-'06 dash bezel, and a 'radio cage' mod is needed, I too am searching local junk yards for the parts, a dealer said -for the radio cage, you would have to buy the whole {behind the dash harness} that even goes behind the speedometer for just over $600 and to buy a replacement dash bezel...

where do you get your fogs?

Had that problem too, but used a heat gun to remov the front clear lens, then 'to my surprise' had to pry the aluminum square out of each housing, took some doing. re-sealed the lens to the housings with clear caulk (silcone), then the HID6000K's fit. :emotions122: did not think (at the time)...

    Looking for some led tails......HELP!

I got mine locally at a custom shop for a couple hundred, at least they are locally warrantied, fact I had had to swap them out once, had 1 little LED go out, so they replaced both tail lights as a set. Been fine ever since.

    HID Hi's, Low's, and Fog's Overkill?

As others have said, and for my opinion. Lows and fogs are plenty at 4300K or 6000K for plenty of light, Highs would just be a bonus for extreme dark road driving, and doing the highs would eliminate the quick ability to shine brights to on coming traffic.

    finally got everything

Perhaps sometime try raising the tweets up by the heated sits buttons, it'll raise the highs up more towards the listener(s) after doing so for me with the Boston Pro's it worked out much better.
