    I am not receiving notifications of replied to comments, but to answer your question, you can simply pull the fuses and look at them through the side of them and you should be able to see the broken wire inside.

    It "Could". That may not be it, but it could be the cause of some power loss. That being said, I think the seat power for moving the seat and the lumbar and other functions may be on different fuses. Check the fuses under the hood and see if you have one blown as well.

    If that ground wire is only bare wire under that nut, clean it of the rust and put an eyelit like the one picturedon the end of the wire to provide a better ground plain, that would tell you right away if the ground is the issue.

    What is the actual pressure and did you drive it afterward? Often, when adding air, it may take a few minutes of driving before the TPMS register the new pressure to eliminate the light on the dash.

    The blend door COULD be an issue, but if they were, the main symptom would be not being able to switch from one function to another, say from face vents to defrost or floor, etc.

    When you replaced the EBCM, did you prep the area on the frame for the ground with a wire wheel or something like that to ensure a good ground? If not, try that and see if helps.

    Considering the age of the truck, open up the fuse panel in the dash, unbolt it and from behind, make sure that all the wires are fully seated in the fuse block and see if that helps. If it doesn't, do the same with the main fuse block under the hood. (after checking all the fuses of course)...

    It is possible that the added strain on the engine from the larger rim and tire package was enough while climbing that grade that it worked harder than normal. But, you can double check the coolant PH balance with some test strips from the local auto parts place and see if the coolant needs...
