No the two adjusters should have enough room to get it straight. If not you can try swapping the light into the oem base. 99% of aftermarket light fit like crap. When I first installed mine they were way off but I had enough adjustment to get them lined up
Mine had a huge gap also, had to adjust both adjustment screws on the back until they sat right and then re aim against a wall to make sure they are even

I recently installed a 3/5 djm kit and after driving for a few hundred miles started to get a little clunk noise. Re torqued all suspension bolts and now it’s nice again. But it could be anything best bet is to put it in the air and check ball joints, tie rod ends, wheel bearings etc.

Windows are getting done tomorrow,, and I was hesitant on the visors too but they are Channel mounts so they just pull out easy if I ever wanted to remove them
