You have a grounding issue! See my video. Remove the bolt and clean the ground at the driver side firewall carefully ( make the connections nice and shiny with wire brush ) and rewire it like I did in the video ...

John I had those exact codes and I believe it is most often a grounding issue...
See this post and do it. Quit changing out parts for now.

After you clean the connection and rewire this ground as noted, unbuckle the...
Here is a couple of pics so you can see what it looks like behind the engine...
Also under the Drivers Side door on the chassis, there are two bolts that have ground wires attached to them. Take those off and brush the wire connections, the bolts and the chassis so you have clean...
I have two 2003 Tahoes. An LT and a Z71. So here is what I finally ended up doing and for my wife's Tahoe it instantly resolved the problem. My wife's Tahoe would go out every 10 miles and it would not even idle. It was crazy and this solved the problem.
The cable against the firewall had some...
That is curious. I figured someone would have attempted to do this. I am currently searching wrecking yards for the seat and track assembly one piece. Probably just go that route. Thanks for the input! :)
Hey guys,
I have a 2003 Tahoe Z71. I have power seats but only 6 way. The recliner has a lever. Curious if anyone knows if I were to purchase and 8-way power track, can I replace the 6 -Way track with this one so I dont have the lever anymore? Can I use the same seat?
Or do I need to...
Maybe but it is not that simple. This quark is a giant pain to locate. My problem came back after about 6 months. I just changed out the throttle body and the wiring to see if this will help. Talk to someone who has figured out how to locate the problem. I have simply changed out parts that...
I do and you can unbolt the two bolts holding the entire assembly and just twist it to the side so you can get to the hex bolts for the sensor. You will see this when you get involved.
I have two 2003 Tahoes that had the same issue and i have replaced both and the problem was solved instantly. This could not be a coincidence. Original sensor has a plastic slot that is very thin and is prone to wear. The new sensor has a thicker walled slot ( they must have figured this out...
Just want to let everyone know. I ran into a thread ( which I cant find any longer ) of a business owner that either had a 100 of our year Chevy trucks or a 1000 in his company. Cant remember how many. He stated that the 99% of the reduced engine power issue was from the accelerator sensor...
Only if you cant get the remote programmed. My aftermarket remotes would not program nor with my OEM remotes until I did the procedure above...
Good luck.
If it Still will not program the new remote
I went on Amazon and read the reviews for these non-OEM Transmitters and 20% of the folks were returning them and complaining about the seller. The other 80% had no problem programming the remotes and were happy. I found this odd and thought maybe...
