Two of the rear seat bolts that pass through into the wheel wells and the two front seat belt bolts. Any bolt that was exposed to the underside of the truck and all the years of weather in the north east. Nothing was getting them out other than a drill. If it wasn't for those stuck bolts it...
New speakers (4x10) in the suburban and now they work for the first time ever. Ordered Blue LED lights for the dash
Tahoe: tapped the messed up rear seat bolts, got two replacement bolts. Ordered Red LED lights for the dash, fixed the hi-beam indicator. Next up is the carpet
Finally got the back seat free, 4 of 6 m12 bolts came out rather easily. Two required hammers, torches and finally drills....soon to be tapped to clean them back up. Getting ready for the new carpet
I saw the other thread about replacing seatbelts and it came at the right time. Where do you get new ones? I need the rear passenger seat belt buckle and it looks to be an assembly with the middle lap belt and it all bolts to the floor. Any suggestions? I've got just about everything out of...
Monstar, I'm after a rear seat belt buckle. Passenger side, Grey. It appears to be a combo piece with the middle seal lap belt and bolts to the floor. It's for my two door. Not sure if the four doors have the same buckle or not. I can get you a picture if it helps. Thanks
I personally run shorties, magnaflow cats, borla mufler. Any muffler will quiet the truck down. Put some exhaust by-passes in there and give your self the option of straight out or with mufflers.
My high beam indicator light appears to have burnt out. How does one go about changing it. I am getting ready to order LED lights for the gauges so I will already be in there. Just want to know how much of a pain in the ass that light may be and what size / part number it is. Thanks.
So my KC lights stopped working....kind of. They work with the daytime running lights on, stop working when the headlight which is turned on. Does that sound like a bad relay?
I like the idea too. But I'm not messing with the leather seats and I use Husky liners on the floor. This truck does still do work. Hauled wood just last weekend in it. For once the suburban was cleaner than the Tahoe.
But carpet will be ordered this week and I'll gut the truck next week
Doors have some matching red paint on them already too. The speaker grills are due for the same treatment...
And the full size (yes 35") spare tire cover is also red
Phil, only planning on the carpet change right now. Unless some other good ideas pop up
