    Front diff leaking

Its a cv axle that year right? Just replace the axle. Or is it an older truck you are talking about with a solid front axle?

    Fixed Orifice PCV Valve?

New style is built into the valve cover, requires changing the whole cover. Just stick with the oem type and change it and the grommet (its probably not sealing well after that many miles) unless you are already changing valve cover gaskets.

    Front diff leaking

It may require what they call a redi-sleeve and seal. Its made for axles which have a groove worn into them from long time use. May look into that.

    AC help

You'd have to dump the oil out of the accumulator by removing it and turning it over. Even when a vacuum is applied, the oil wont come out. If all you took off was the compressor and condenser, youd be safe adding just the 3 oz. May double check me on that but I'm pretty sure.

    AC help

Vacuum pumps are available at stores like harbor freight, or can be ordered online. Its a lot easier with a professional machine like a shop would have, they can inject the oil and r134 perfectly by weight. May be worth it to put it together and take it to a shop and let them vacuum and charge...

    AC help

If you are only changing the compressor and condenser, you only need to add 3 oz of oil. Im pretty sure you can also add oil via the low side pressure port. Not 100% sure but you may be able to dump it into the compressor too. Id say the stuff in the compressor is the correct type and may only...

    $21,000 for an 03 Yukon?

THIS^^^ Hit the nail on the head. At the end of the day, its got 180k on it. Unless you replace the body panels and paint and interior and everything else to make it "new", you wont get new value.

What did you do to your NBS GMT800 Tahoe/Yukon Today?

Legally, for the front white is only allowed for headlights, and amber must be used for turn signals/markers. DRL's can be white or amber. For the rear, red must be used for brake/tail/marker and amber or red for turn signals. Blue and green lighting is reserved for special purpose/emergency...

    transfer case fluid

From what I've been reading on other forums, that appears to be the case. If it was me, and my owners manual says to use dex-III, I would use dex-III. Maybe someone else will chime in who has the nvg-149 like you.

    transfer case fluid

Auto-trak 2 is blue, used in the push button 2/auto/4hi/4lo t-cases. Your owners manual should spec a certain fluid for your application. I believe the full time awd t-case specs something else.

Died while driving and will not restart again

Ignition switch? Stuck in run position internally somehow? Would explain stuff staying on and no crank...not the key switch/tumbler but the actual ignition switch in the column.

    AC issues

If in doubt, call the dealer with your vin and have them give you the correct part number. A lot of times autozone or oreillys wont cross it to the correct part, even if they have the correct one on the shelf.

    AC issues

Most aftermarket replacements have been redesigned. I believe even the gm part number is the new style. Supposed to help with them failing so often. You have to cut a plug off and connect it to a new plug that is supplied. All the wire colors are the same. I know for a fact it is this way with...

    AC issues

Mine does the same thing pressure wise. High low side and low high side pressures normally indicates a weak compressor, or so I thought. Mine acts the same was as yours; at a stop blowing warmer etc. I checked my fan clutch and it was good. I ended up changing out the orifice tube and drier...

    A/C Dripping Inside

My best guess would be that its just that hot and humid and your ac puts out nice cold air. Like a house cold air vent would sweat. On the outside of the condenser housing I'm out of ideas. I'll peek at mine on the way home tonight and see if it does it, its 90 and 52% humidity.
