Order the brackets from the forum guy on Thursday. Got the shipment notification today. Once it comes in I’ll order the SS lines and get this bad boy installed
Glenn’s bracket was out of stock until July 31. And I like the idea of a single bracket on top instead on the 2 small brackets. I ordered the other one but just the brackets. Once all that comes in I’m going to get Glenn’s SS braided lines and bypass the radiator

This isn't my setup. I don't remeber where I found these pics. This is how I want to mount a CB when I get around to it. Doing more necessary things so haven't had time to get into it.
Probably going to get this hose kit. Dont know about his bracket system. I like the 1 piece top bracket kit from the guy on the performance truck forum.

I just looked at my build sheet again. I don't have the GT4 RPO, but I have GU6 which is the 3.42 gears.
I also have this code which explains the Trans cooler:
Z82 - TRAILERING EQUIPMENT INCLUDES: * TRAILERING HITCH PLATFORM * 7-LEAD WIRING CONNECTOR * TRANSMISSION OIL COOLER * HIGH CAPACITY...
the small factory one is mounted with the fittings down. I don’t know much about it so I figured I’d post the video but if the website says any way then down is the most natural for the oem lines

This is the link to the forum where the guy makes the brackets for the Tru-Cool. I didn't read the whole thing...
Yea I have the smaller external cooler. Since I live out here with such high temps, I am wanting to upgrade to a larger one so that it will cool better.
About a week ago I was towing a 16ft trailer with a 2-seater Polaris Rzr loaded on it. I was driving from NM to AZ and it was freaking hot. Around 105 degrees. As I was driving, I saw a cloud of white smoke shoot out behind my Tahoe. I pulled off at the next exit and looked underneath as best i...
Well I got a new antenna from Amazon today. My .50 cal bullet antenna was stolen. And the person that stole it was kind enough not to unscrew it, but instead they ripped it off breaking the plastic air dam trim
Got a stubby antenna that gets way more reception so I’m not mad about the bullet...
Well got around to replacing the lock actuator on my liftgate. Super simple and easy. 1 7mm bolt for the inner grab loop, 3 10mm bolts holding the locking actuator bracket, 2 T15 star screw holding the actuator to the bracket. 15-20 minute.
First issue was getting the liftgate open because the...
Well my radiator tank has cracked. I know it’s at least 10 years old because I haven’t changed it since I’ve had it.
Any thoughts on replacement radiators? Mishimoto, OEM, custom all aluminum?
Can’t wait to get in there and put the new one in!
So while changing the rear diff gasket last weekend, I found my spare tire wasn’t coming down and releasing like it was supposed to. So this weekend I decided to fix the hoist issue.
I went to the dealership and grabbed a new hoist which was redesigned without the secondary safety latch, which...
Got everything from Amazon yesterday to do the rear diff seal tonight. I’m pretty pumped. Got my oil and the gasket from Amazon. And then I noticed the part number.....it’s the wrong one. But they themselves mislabeled it with their small label . Hello people can we read the very large...
