You have the basic idea. If you do not take it off-road for the most part it is ok to run OEM length shock/strut shafts. It is really noticeable when cycling the suspension off-road or on speed bumps. Go to the Bilstein website, they have some good explanations on shaft lengths and I believe...
Update. Have 49k miles now and still enough tread left, but since winter is coming these will be replaced. Deciding on sticking with these or an AT type tire (wife's rig now).
IMO wait until you get the CCM kit and buy the proper length rear shocks. Installing too long a shock at stock height will limit up travel (potential to bottom out shock) and OEM stock length with limit droop (also top out shock).
I would recommend Bilstein 5100s, but those are not stiffly...
Do not install spacers on top of the RC lift. If you want to go that high, do it properly and get a full lift kit.
As far as mileage, tires will have more of an impact at lower speeds. At freeway speeds the higher lift will have more drag (larger apparent frontal surface area and...
Per Shockwarehouse.
Premium Smooth Ride: indicated by the RPO code ZW7. This suspension uses a conventional suspension in the front, but the rear uses a self contained, self leveling Nivomat shock in the rear. ZW7 equipped trucks come with a softer spring in the rear since the Nivomat self...
Your original post indicates 1.5" rear spacer and your sig shows 1" rear spacer.
In any case, since your are 2WD the front can be increased. Although I would look into this more because I do not know how that much lift (from spacers) will affect handling and durability. I would not add...
The RC 3.5 is basically a spacer lift that can use the existing struts and shocks. If you take the rig offroad, I would replace with at least Bilstein 5100s. Bilstein 5100s has shocks to accomodate lifted applications. As far as the struts, you should discuss with RC. There are only a few...
With a simple spacer kit I would not raise the front anymore unless your are only 2WD. If you raise it anymore I would be concerned about the CV angles.
It should only be ~0.5" or so higer in the rear. Do you have autoride?
IMO replace the rear spacer with a 1".
Put chalk on your tire tread (I used my son's large sidewalk chalk). Drive forward without turning about 20 ft or until some of the chalk comes off. If there is chalk on the outside edges of the tire it is over-inflated, if chalk remains in the center then it is under-inflated. Ideally want...
Yep Trail Grapplers are awesome! Do the chalk test to make sure you are running optimal pressures. FYI I run mine between 45 and 50 psi. Rotating ~5k and maintaining the right tire pressure, I have 47k on them so far. Can easily get over 50k.
Is this the Supreme kit? IMO 3.5" front is too much for a spacer kit, even with a diff drop. I would recommend getting a good 4" lift kit if you are going this route, or sticking to spacer kits <3" in front.
See this post.

The Bilstein setup will provide a better ride than using spacers and better performance off-road. However, someone switched from the CCM to Bilstein, and the Bilstein was lower in height.
275/60r20 are pretty much a 33" diameter wheel/tire combo. It will be really close, but I would expect some minor rubbing in some cases.
IMO just get want you want and deal with the trimming. Ok not too wide or tall...
