I think it a lot falls into how you drive. I drive a lot of highway, seems like I was always at the tire store getting them balanced. One set I had 295/35/24 and hit a hole in the highway at 70mph and bent a wheel so bad my tire went flat. I replaced that set with new wheels/tires, went with...
22s you will be fine. 24s she will notice, mine did anyway. Been down this road many times. I have 22s now if that tells you anything.

My last Tahoe did that and my Denali I have now does it too. I always have a DVD in there for the rear flip down for the kiddos. No idea if it is normal, it has never drained my battery though, and functions perfectly fine.
I have tried different oil filters, Lucas oil additive, Marvels, and I always run 91 with Mobil 1 full synthetic 5w30. Nothing I do makes any difference at all. Until the engine warms up, that damn tick is there. I did however notice with a K&N oil filter my oil pressure is more consistent.
I ran Powerstop brand drilled/slotted all 4 corners on my 07 Tahoe. Good upgrade. Improved braking, good pads.
I run Brake Motive brand drilled/slotted all 4 corners on my Denali. They are OK, but the Powerstops were better. Cheap pads, won't ever buy again. Barking was improved slightly...
Go to another hardware store or a locksmith. The keys have a chip, but they can make them. If you buy one off ebay, make sure you know someone that will cut it. A lot of places will only cut keys bought from them.
Mine is loud inside, can hardly hear it outside. I took a co worker home the other day. He asked, "why does this sound like a diesel".

My 07 6.2 makes noise too. Always on start up, then when it gets warm it shuts up. People say "normal"....haha, its almost embarrassing sometimes.

No worries. I traded a set of wheels for my current 375s that had the Kumhos on em. If I were to buy new ones, Nittos for sure. Good luck, 22" 375s look good on these SUVs.

Ran 305/40/22 on my Tahoe too. Rubbed just a tad on the left rear for some reason.
I like how the gives a little protection for the wheel for when the wife drives!!!

Kelly's Pub...that place is classic. Many nights spent in that place.
And seriously about the locks. I worked at a tire shop in college, a socket slammed over the lock will take most locks off. That 'rimlox" contraption above looks pretty fail proof though, just don't loose the key.
