I went to the best tint shop in town, they quoted me $289 out the door for a full Suntek carbonXP film, lifetime warranty. Fleece performance "all on " module...$20 Pull the light fuses in the box, place formed module in the tray like a puzzle piece, place fuses back in and voila.... hit the brights and you have hi,low, and fog going... turn it off and it gos to regular low light with normal fog operation from...- D is for DENALI

rattle coming from engine when A/C on
Went to the ac guy today, he put a few ounces of pag oil in thinking its low, clutch works properly, compressor bearing spins fine when not on at all, and blows cold under idle, but the tugging on the tensioner under idle made him think it's a bad bearing inside,the compressor ,not outside...- D is for DENALI

Took the denali thru the wash today, wiped it all down,and when I was getting gas, an older gentleman, maybe 60?, pulled up in the next bay in a murdered out jet black 03 z71 tahoe with blacked out windows and black xd wheels.. As he walks in to prepay, he says, "love your denali, love that...- D is for DENALI

She loves it now, feels safe and big like a truck is, with all the cool stuff for an 03... but in 4 years who knows, she could say, " dad, I want a Sebring convertible ".....lol To my," whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat!" It will be my daughter's first vehicle in 4 years, payed for and maintained... I will upgrade in 2021, not sure if I'll get a gmc , lots of small issues,most likely get a 2013+ toyota sequoia.. big power and similar towing and capabilities I went to the dealer to show the wife the new sequoia...- D is for DENALI

All the components are brand new... After further inspection, I run the ac at idle, runs fine, so I had my kid get in the front and I jumped under the truck to see where the noise is coming from It's coming from the tensioner at 1600 rpm, works fine at idle, but the tensioner is kinda jumping...- D is for DENALI

Rear Air shock
This is all really good to know, From looking at autoride shocks it's not cheap, but I tow often enough that I'll pay the extra bucks so it's doesn't give up on road feel... I was debating gas shock replacement but Now I might not.- D is for DENALI

Crap, just started doing this on the way back from our recent trip. I'm just going to take off the belt so the wife doesn't accidently destroy anything else until I get a new compressor..... sucks cause I just had the ac serviced and didn't make noise then... im assuming its stock (180k) so...- D is for DENALI

Chrome molding on '05 XL Denali?
I would love some gunmetal ss wheels for the denali... But instead I'll probably buy some nice Michelin defenders and spend the money on the rubbers... No tension drivers door handle....
Went to o reilly, it's a little coil spring that they don't sell. So now I'm off to call the pick and pulls.. I'm not paying $100 for a spring!!! Hahaha (new handle assembly + color match paint)- D is for DENALI

Luckily it's the cheapest by my house, 2.29, just went up to 2.39 day after my fill up... in the city it's 2.50, and regular 87 is 1.89-2.05 depending where you are... yea we have cheap gas in these here hills!!! Hahhaha Definitely download the gas buddy app, awesome way to keep up with gas...- D is for DENALI
