    you have to be careful running wire and things down the tube, not real thick, best to drop headliner so you can pull of drain and try to blow it out, to much pressure from sunroof channel can blow the hose off. also sometimes they crush as they run in tight places. used to have a sunroof shop...

    the flat area up above rocker should have threaded inserts for factory boards to bolt to, many of the aftermarket ones use the same ones to make them no drill

    Is the DOD still operating ? if so the V-loom(valley cover) that has all the componants to make the lifters work have been a problem, some of the sharper guys at GM dealerships picked up on this a while ago

    I do not know as of now, but we used belltech stuff and help them develop the 4x4 lowering kits in the 90's, but for years they did could not get their shock valving right and after flogging several sets on a test truck, we ended up using DJM's

    if your shocks are not the right length or have lowered brackets will cause this, also I have done may lowered SUV's and trucks, the lowering springs are usually quite a bit stiffer than stock, so that should not be the issue.

    Ok, did not see what year ? cams have been installed in old cam bearing hundreds of times, as long as the they are ok. On later years there is a small screen below the oil sending unit that clogs and will mess up OP reading. If you installed a non factory cam you will need to get tuned to get it...

    well I have both right now, 11 av with 5.3, exhaust, air intake, superchips tune, love it. 11 escalade 6.2 RWD, week after I got it lifter broke @ 70k, replaced cam, lifters, V-loom, timing chain, oil pump, tuned with superchips, both AFM delete. Both run great, the 5.3 gets about 2-3 mpg more...

    Looking for the AFM delete key!

    brian tooley has the AFM cam delete kit, couple different cams, and you still need to tune the AFM out, not all tuners do it now, superchips does. You can also have it turned off wuth HP tuners as well.
