    Just had it serviced yesterday, 5070 miles on it. We were headed on an 800 mile trip today, and it started to shake and knock about 144 miles into the trip. At a hotel, and headed back home tomorrow, trip cancelled. Getting a rental car, tow truck will be here in a couple hours to get it...

    Auto Stop Function

    I just got in the habit of pressing the button to disable it every time I turn it on. I've had to do the same for my last two vehicles. Hopefully Range Tech will release the AFM/DFM disable and Auto-Stop/Start disable soon.

    Good luck man. I was reading the Mercedes forum a few days back, and they're having similar issues with the GLS. It is a crazy world right now .. getting caught up from closing down for a year. One thing you could do is ask the dealer if they're putting your order in as a sold unit.

    Yeah, you should have that looked at. I have a heavy foot and have not averaged below 13.5. That 13.5 was a week span where I was off work and running around inside town a lot. Normal weeks ... 60% hwy 40% city with some idling mixed in, I get anywhere between 16-18mpg.
