Thanks. Please do share if you find a solution. Do those canvas boat snaps require drilling/screwing into the back of the third row to hold them in place? I've seen other "snaps" suggested in other threads that are like that, but I'm not going to screw something into the back of my third row...
Thanks for that suggestion. I did some googling to see what kind of snaps you were referring to but I don't think I'm prepared to drill/screw into the backs of my third row
Yeah that was my plan when I bought more from Amazon. They were pretty large velcro patches but nothing seems to want to stick to that fuzzy back of the third row.
What is the “last section” you’re referring to?
None of mine have stuck unfortunately. There’s three pieces. One over each back of the 60/40 split 3rd row and then one for the floor area of the cargo space. It didn’t stick either and now just slides around back there.
Got all weather cargo area mats from Chevy when I ordered my ‘22. The Velcro sucked. Wouldn’t stick to the fuzzy backs of the third row seats and thus kept falling off. Bought new heavy duty (supposedly) Velcro off Amazon. Stuck for about two days before coming off. Now the all weather mats that...
Ok gotcha. Mine says: Engine, 5.3L ECOTEC3 V8
Seems like another reply indicates that all 5.3L do in fact have it so maybe it's just a given now and not a feature they actually list on sticker.
Hmm. My window sticker doesn't have anything that says "engine description." Just see "performance and mechanical" and it's not listed under that section.
I've had numerous people ask me if my Tahoe has the feature where it reduces the number of cylinders in use on the interstate. My answer is always "dunno." I decided to look at the owner's manual and it says: "If equipped, Dynamic Fuel Management allows the engine to operate in multiple cylinder...
That’s hilarious. Doesn’t work for me either. 56 is seemingly the only station that doesn’t work using your exact script. I did say “set the radio station to 56 on Sirius” and it worked. FWIW.
It's so frustrating. The UI isn't bad IMO, but stuff just doesn't work correctly. I've also had a bug where the volume will ONLY adjust navigation volume and not audio. It just gets stuck. The only way t unstuck it is to shut the vehicle off and then back on. It's unreal
Google News app built into the new Android infotainment system hasn't worked since day one of receiving my '22 Tahoe. I've called OnStart numerous times and the dealer and no one seems to have any idea how a lot of the new infotainment functionality is supposed to work. I don't necessary need it...
Thank you! I use Apple CarPlay most of the time too. I just wish there was an option to take over the entire screen so I didn't have to see the built in icons on the left.
SMH. This whole process has just been exhausting. It's honestly just making me want to punt and trade the thing in for something else. I drove a 2014 Pathfinder since 2015 and I'm not sure I had a single issue out of it. I've had this Tahoe for 2000 miles and it seems like something new every day.
1. The new infotainment system is buggy as all get out. At random times (happened a few times now) it will get confused and the volume up/down only controls navigation volume. My audio will be completely stuck at whatever volume level it was at and turning it up or down only shows "navigation...
