I've had numerous people ask me if my Tahoe has the feature where it reduces the number of cylinders in use on the interstate. My answer is always "dunno." I decided to look at the owner's manual and it says: "If equipped, Dynamic Fuel Management allows the engine to operate in multiple cylinder patterns, up to the full 8-cylinder operation, depending on driving conditions"
