Mine was great. I have steep driveway and live in area that is not flat. I did move it to 4 wheel high at one point from auto, but that was really just to play with it. The hill descent control was awesome!
Had this service performed today while getting the exhaust put on (see performance post). The also did the driver seat airbag again as this was the official fix from GM. I must have a been in beta for the past 2 months. See my letter and official fix below.
Ok guys. I had a nice chunk of accessory credit from GM and bit the bullet on the GM Performance Exhaust. Had it installed today and drove about 30 highway miles and a little bit around town. Notes below...
The new exhaust tips are bigger and Chrome with the bowtie stamped on top. There...
Anybody else get a notice today GM. Something about DRLs turning blue due to the headlight assembly overheating?
got a letter today stating that I had until April 2021 to have it fixed.
I cannot really tell on my high country. I have been trying analyze these pictures from eBay. going to reach out to my service guy as he is good and responsive. What is the going right for a pair of brackets..... I am am sure a few other guys would be interested...
I just inquired with my dealer about p/n 84888291 Tahoe 6.2L Dual Exit Exhaust Upgrade System. the Cadillac part in the images shows a flapper connected to the flex pipe for the 6.2. The chevy link does not show a flapper or the small resonators...
I may try those turn signal bulbs, those and the brake don’t look terrible. The old halogen reverse light is so ugly and dull. Somebody has to make a canbus that works with GM. I would think that the 19-21 Silverado would be similar?
Anybody bring this up to dealer / get a response? Any TSB yet? It is now all that I notice while driving.
I was without my truck for 30 of the 90 days(safety restraint, Exhaust issue/muffler replacement, 3rd row Headrest issue, brake reprogram recall) that I have owned it. I have issue...
Th previous gen perf exhaust was $1299 and cross bars $199. 2021 Crossbars $499 and Perf Exhaust $2149. Seems like some serious price gouging on 2021 accessories.
I am looking but somebody found and orange wire in the center console that is always hot. Even posted pictures.

Tow hooks and fogs would require a new piece of trim down there. Pretty sure that we shouldn’t hold our breath for GM as these differences are intentional and an oem part would only cannibalize sales of the AT4 and z71. Not going to happen this early.
We need to start seeing aftermarket stuff...
I tried to put some foam up there and I am not sure if that fixed anything. Anybody notice that the crackling is worse when the panoramic shade is open?
The standard size Tahoe dropped from 26-24. I was wondering why I was getting far less total miles out of the tank, but my 2016 6.2 Yukon definitely had better MPG.
