Heck man, should have just cut the shocks off all together and welded the axles straight to the frame and saved yourself the time and money on it all!! ahhahaha JK punk, nice writeup!
Very true, the compressor is super quiet but every once in a while I'll idle the truck in the driveway for a bit and see if I hear the compressor work more than it should! Thought about the light idea as well but decided against it!
No problem man, just keep a mental thought and an ear for the compressor running too much and/or air leaking especially when the warmer weather comes around! Things can slightly loosen up and might cause an air leak in the spring since it was all installed in the winter cold months! These...
Can you get under your truck and snap a pic of where you think it's leaking? What is the brand and part number of your oil filter? Unless the old filter gasket came off and stayed on the mount and you put the new filter on top of it creating 2 gaskets (done that by mistake in the past and has...
You had someone put the compressor in? It's really pretty simple to do yourself my friend, it comes with great instructions and theres not much that can be screwed up except the seal between the compressor and the dryer tank. Mine leaked a bit at first when I put mine in but all it took was a...
Are they gonna warranty you a new compressor? Did you buy shocks at the same time?

Had fun owning a ford mustang tonight on my way to a function tonight, actually got him 2 different times and the second he...
Then it sounds like you need a new relay if that made the compressor work! Try plugging it back in and with the truck on, tap the top of the relay with a handle of a screw driver a few times and see if it gets it unstuck.

Yeah, I saw the other thread about it and saw the pics, answered my question pretty quick!! lol I need to do that in our Jetta here in the near future as well, gotta change out the heater core so it will be a complete interior removal as well! YUCK!
I always get the batteries that have both the side and top post on the same battery, that way it's easy to add anything I want straight to the battery! But I agree, run the amp straight to the battery!
I use to have excellent results from a Turtle Wax product called Black Chrome, it's a liquid wax/sealant/cleaner product that brings faded black plastic to practically brand new! Not sure if they make the stuff anymore, I've had the bottle I have for years now!
So did you have your alignment done after the hub? If so, I'd be taking it back to where you had it done and ask them to check it out since you didn't have to problem prior to them touching it!
So where did you get them online and how much did they cost you? I really want to flush out my rear heater core this spring through those hose fittings but want to have replacements for when they break!
