    What size tires? I just put some 275/65/20's on some OEM 20x8.5's on my Yukon XL, and put 1 1/2" spacers on the front. My tires barely stick out from the flares, but I don't rub, even being about 34.1" x 11". Just have keys and spacers on mine.

    Compared to the cheap Pep Boys tires she had on before, literally a 200% improvement. The Expy just seems much more stable, more "connected" to the road. As far as wear, don't think she's even got 2k on them in a month - an extra benefit working 10 minutes and 4 miles from home as opposed to 35...

    275/60/20's on stock wheels should clear w/o anything more than a couple turns of your stock t-bars. I have 275/65's going on stock 20x8.5's, but with 3" keys. Hopefully they don't rub when cranked and in reverse.

    You said it yourself... spacers AND keys. If anything, ride quality is marginally worse than stock, unless you upgrade your shocks at the same time. Bilstein's are the most popular, I've got KYB's....

    Custom Offsets has arguably the best prices I've found anywhere, even compared to Ebay. 24's for $160 a wheel, 22's for $99 a wheel, 20's for $153 a wheel, 18's for $130 a wheel 24" options...

    Don't know if I'm going to color match it just yet. Might just try to paint the chrome the same metallic gray.... will need a few cans of etching primer, do the front and rear bumpers, but I think it'll come out 'aight! Gonna pull the roof rack and the six bars, do them all too.

    Sorry, can't swap the seats from an XL into a standard Yukon. Brackets for the second row are completely different - the XL's brackets are completely on the floor, while the second row for the Shorty bolt onto the ledge.

    I took my stock headlights apart enough to remove the amber corner. There is about 3/8" between the inner plastic and the outer clear... could very easily drill a hole and stick an 18 or 25mm LED in there.

    Just ordered the smoked headlights and drl's/ turn signals, for an extra $25 I got another set of 6K LED's with the braided fins.. Should be here by the end of next week, will give me plenty of time to pull my grill, and prep and paint it the gunmetal gray I did my wheels with.

    Those are the same Denali wheels I just finished painting! You don't have any wheel spacers, do you? I've got a set of rivet-style flares going on mine, with 2 1/2" spacers on the rear, 1 1/2" on the front. Hopefully, the rears should stick out just about an inch, with the fronts flush....
