    I can honestly say, that ever since I've owned cars with automatic transmissions, I've NEVER used the emergency brake. I wouldn't even know if it works on my Tahoe, or if it worked on my previous Grand Cherokee or my Caprice before that.

    OK, that sounds like something I'm running into. I have some lug-centric wheels mounted on my '01, and can't seem to shake the vibration. (wheels mount with acorn style lugnuts). How do I go about getting a set of adapters? How does the sizing work?

    No. .3vdc is just about the same as 0vdc. Your digital meter picks it up, but it's just a differential voltage between power and ground. Odds are, somewhere else in the circuit is something that makes/breaks ground and causes it when you do it. If you want to be sure your relay isn't bad...

    I assume you measured Voltage? 0.3VDC is nothing. No voltage is getting to your actuator.
