    Before they pull the top end apart have them pull the inspection plate on the trans to see if there is obvious signs of any floating around in there.

    Generally if you mess with the valve train on any cylinder you will feel it in hesitation or a miss.

    Without actually hearing it or seeing the truck. My first guess would be toque converter bolt came loose and is rolling around the trans housing. If the engine and trans ran fine when the noise was going on it should not be a rocker.

    Here is how to check. Use a magnet if it sticks it's steel if it don't it's aluminum. Mine is for sure steel because I have a Autism Awareness magnetic decal on the back for my 5 year old.

    Not sure if this is the issue but check the angle of the rear end. If they did it wrong it could be angled so it binds the drive shaft. Just check it.. I have seen somebody put lowering blocks on there truck and not know that the axle has divots or a pin that needs to be placed right. It caused...

    Drill head screws is what the box says but depending on where you get them they can be called Drill heads, self tapping, zip screws, drill bit heads, ect... We don't use Robertson head (square) screws much here. Mostly Philips and the standard flat head (slot head, ect) Flat head are junk...

    Do a search on the fourms. There are after market boxes available and you might be able to find a stock box on eBay but you will have to make sure it's for you model truck. There are differences between years and XL and non-XL.

    Vibration when doing closed curves

    This is Normal. When in 4WD it locks the front end. By locking I mean it does not allow the front wheels to turn independent of each other. So they both turn and the same speed causing one to drag, you then feel the vibration. It is not really good to have the truck in Auto or 4WD when not needed.
