New to me: 2012 Yukon SLT

For a cell phone holder, I like ProClip. I had one in my 05 Tahoe, my 08 Tahoe, and now my 16 Yukon. Doesn't take up the cup holder and no holes, adhesives, etc - just clip-on mounting. Instructions are viewable at the web site. www.proclipusa.com

2007 Tahoe - Battery died - A/C-Heater acting up all the sudden

I used to have this problem on my 2005 Tahoe after battery disconnect. Not sure if it will work on 07+.... Here's what I did (and you can find similar solutions on the Internet). It doesn't happen too often, but it seems to work: Set system to Auto Put driver's side temp to 60°, passenger's...

    ISGM571 and XM Channel listings

Not sure, but I think to get the label back, you can hold the preset button (as if you are storing it), and the preset label will show the name once again.

Sound from CD player when not on?

The noise you're hearing is from the navigation DVD. It is quite normal and I think it activates when you open the door. The navigation DVD is behind the screen.

Center console switch to operate rear wiper/ washer not working.

Yep, apparently there was a risk of fire, but no actual fires. Here's a link to an article about it. http://media.gm.com/media/us/en/gm/news.detail.html/content/Pages/news/us/en/2010/Jun/0608_gm_washer.html

Center console switch to operate rear wiper/ washer not working.

That switch you're referring to on the center console, below the HVAC controls, is (was) the heated wiper fluid switch. These were recalled and disabled by the dealer and are inoperable.

Who has the highest miles thread.

Almost 105,000 (mostly highway) miles on my 2005 Tahoe. Bought in November 08 with 44,000 miles. Oil changes every 3k. Recently: Transmission flush (no problems) at 100k; radiator flush at 75k; brakes all the way around at 80k. Rear seal was leaking, had fixed with the brakes. Should be good...

New member with silly question?? accessory position?

One click over from A, is the accessory position, or B, as the manual correctly states. The little battery light will light up, but you shouldn't get air blowing out of vents on this position.
