Super late reply, I know, but I haven't had the time in a while to visit the site. I had the same problem ( same year/color n everything haha) and I decided to remove it and completely recover it. Yaa I got the sw capability...after browsing wiring diagrams n how the computer ties into stuff that it just shouldnt, (vss/c2 data etc signals) I believe Ive got an electrical issue with a sensor or more... just coincidental w the radio thing, or it may have jus caused a slight fault to...- MisterNiceGuy22

Rear piller speakers
yeaa I gotta agree. Im in the same build process, and im either going with some kicker CS 3.5s in those rear pillars...or deleting them, and going with a component set and just relocating the tweeters.. All are good ideas, Id say go with whatever balances your system out and gets you the sound...- MisterNiceGuy22

Right on.. pulled radio/bose amp/ n the harness that connects to EVERYTHING in the console... drove it...no problem. Not sure whats up w it, but im gonna try n find detailed wiring schems on all those connections, where they go, what they splice into, and what they do and start hunting down my...- MisterNiceGuy22

Heater blowing cold air depending on switch positions
This for the front or rear heat/ac? is set up for dual zone n rear seperate control? I had the same issue with the rear stuff, I fixed it somehow but accidentally reversed the actuators..so now in the rear if i tun it to cold it blows hot n vice-versa.. any details bout your heat/air setup...- MisterNiceGuy22
