well it hasnt fell flat since the new pump i pressure tested the fuel and had about 40psi running and increasing rpms. today the knock sensor popped up again. still waiting on payday to give it a full tuneup- yukonxlslt

gas gauge is reading backwards

ok so to start this im going to start from the beginning. 00 yukon xl. went to local gm dealer to check for recalls on the truck. theres one and its the fuel pump module harness, the one in the tank. so i take the truck in sunday night, they get it in tuesday morning which pissed me off cause...- yukonxlslt

What did you do to your NBS GMT800 Tahoe/Yukon Today?
tested the fuel pressure at prime got 50psi. then ran the truck and gradually went up in rpms and got 40-45psi of fuel. then took it to the dealer and dropped it off for a recall fix in the morning- yukonxlslt

had a bad fpr. now that is changed and the truck still sputters on acceleration. it goes in for the fuel pump module, float, wire harness etc.. recall on monday the 10th. but i still dont see how that would make it fall flat on its face. im going to try the spray down intake method but i dont...- yukonxlslt

thanks for the welcomes. so far i have replaced the starter (went out 2 days after buying it) had coolant flush done and the next day the water pump failed. so now im in the middle of doing that. all out in the cold wisconsin weather- yukonxlslt
