Power Lift Gate
I took apart the rear lift gate assembly and checked to see if the sensor that rides on the actuator arm for the lift gate might not be working but it checked out fine. I concluded that the lift struts have been replaced and when the lift arm goes up it bottoms out on the struts and shuts off...- sparkyman22

Power Liftgate Help
powered lift gate wont close I have the same problem on my 07 LTZ, do you know what it took to fix it? The rear lift gate opens and then makes a clunking noise at full open and then powers off and just stays there. It will not close with any buttons, so I then carefully lower it.- sparkyman22
