Opinions on Cold Air Intakes
I haven't read past the 4th or 5th page of this section yet so I don't know if this is a repeat thread. I'm considering the purchase of a cold air intake kit for my 97 Hoe/350 Vortec. Would like all opinions on brands, experience, where purchased and price paid. Thx.- f1freek

What have you done to your truck lately?
Hi guys - new to the forum but had my 97 Hoe for 10 years now. Just did the front brakes last weekend (pads/rotors/fluid flush). A/C not working
Yukulele - from your posting it sounds like you have a Harrison HT6 compressor (also known as the "belly leaker"). I have a 97 Tahoe with the same set up. They are well known to leak because of flawed design. Your best bet is to replace the compressor, orifice tube, and accumulator. Then have...- f1freek
