The dealer can get an entire new upper seat cover from GM, or whatever 3rd party vendor that supplied them for GM.

Ha! I’m with you though. Fine detail makes a good product. Feel like these repair places would be more honest about their ability. Only thing that repair did was keep it from ripping more in future
