how bad is the front camber affected by this and what's needed to correct?

Depends on the truck but it will usually align to spec or close depending on how much you decrank the keys. You can always buy some uca cam bushings if you have bad negative camber.

I am a noob on suspension work. Will this kit give me all that I need? Can I just take this kit to the shop and tell them to install it and thats it? Or will more parts be needed?
