lmao i saw that and i was like wtf?!?! did i say that hahaha yeah its coming soon aint that hard to install just need to get this damn cap painted shops here wont do it so its up to me and my buddy

Nobody will paint the cap for you? Are you having it smoothed down, or is it smooth already? (cant remember)

It's textured and the very well known paint shop by me said they wouldn't do it and said if they did it'd be 550-600 for all the work on it so I mine as well do it myself

WHAT!!!!! 600 bucks to paint a top pad ONLY??? Are you serious. They are smoking some good stuff. Chauncey can get his whole front end painted for that.

Smoothing them down is a pain, but not 600 bucks a pain. Heck for that, i'll get one and do it for you. lol

I'm doing it all myself now if it comes out crappy I'll just sand it down and give it to them to paint smooth

just get a stock regualar cap and try on that one first. Should be able to find those cheap. if you were close id get you one. Or you could just tell them paint it and see how you like it.

Just ideas.

The stock hs has a texture to it like the 05 ls hoes

..
I need that cap because it has the bump down and no others are like that sold smooth

Not bad attempted to tint the tails :/ came out like crap so I just sanded them down... Waiting for another day

And yes I do plan on cleaning up my bay it is somewhat dirrtayyyy

I meant get a stock cap to try to smooth down, incase something happens and it gets ruined, then your not on the hunt for another HD Cap. (but would be double work, eh..)

And nice job on the covers. Look great. Its the little things ...
