Even though mines a 2000 and I don't have the dimming dome light problem, I still like to learn everything I can.

Simple.
Tools required=
1. 16mm wrench
2. 19mm wrench
3. side cutters
4. needle nose pliers
5. fuel line disconnect tool
Directions=
1. take wrenchs dissasemble nut side.
2. take cutters and cut the fuel filter nipple where the line snaps on
3. take fuel line dissconnect tool and remove nipple from line with the dissconnect tool and needle nose pliers.
4. remove old filter
5. install new filter
6. reassemble

Seems easy enough. Is this fuel line diaconect tool expensive ? And where can I get it other than online ?
