04 tahoe no brakes/ps at very slow speeds

It's a 4x4. When driving real slow lose brakes and power steering at the same time. No ps left or right turns. At first ok but after a little while it does it all the time. Got it stuck at home 2x this winter LOTS of snow. When trying to get it unstuck was getting ABS warnings but now nothing even when it quits. Any ideas?

Is it possible that the power steering got stressed by turning in deep snow? Maybe the pump went bad. Low power steering hydraulic pressure would also prevent brakes from working.
