04 yukon Denali stuck gas gauge :(

It turned out to be the Connection where the wiring meets the fuel pump. He "cleaned and tightened one of the four pins that seemed a little loose and secured it tightly to the pump" Everything working well now. Maybe something was loose (ground or something?)

Wrong! Still not working. After filling up for the first time it got stuck at Full again. At one point it had started to seem like it was working (had started going down again) but started it up today and Pegged at Full!

Called GMC and didn't get much help. Any other ideas??
