06 Tahoe Z71, It begins

This actually began a while ago. Short story i bought a 2006 Tahoe Z71 several years ago. Currently, my wife lost trust in it as the Motor leaks like a sieve, and the truck consistently throw a P01516, TAC Throttle control code, causing it to go into Limp Mode. I have tried every repair i could find over the last year, with little to no progress

First i purchased a 2006 Yukon take out motor with complete ECU, Harness, with Pedal and TCM.


I have been working through disassembly everything is looking pretty good, and cleaning up nicely. Here is the progress so far

ok time for an update, now that the weather is playing nice, i started pulling the old motor.

Quick question, what is the best practice to removing the torque converter bolts? any suggestion would be appreciated.
