07+ Brake upgrade on a 00-06 NBS, is it worth it?

I got mine from a regular tahoe. It's my understanding that the only difference on the ppv brakes is the brake pads.

Also supposedly the rubber O rings are better to stand up to the heat.

Rotors are different but interchange between ppv and civvy. Ppv has vents around the hat.

That go around the inside of the caliper piston--between the piston bore and puston

Correct. But I’m assuming you’re talking about the brake hoses that connect the hard lines to the calipers, not the actual brake lines.

You might want to consider the 19+ 4 piston brake upgrade. Its not really much more...

just get stock replacement (ss if you want) brake lines for your year.
