Could you use the bigger rotor with the 2 piston caliper? Bolt and go?

I'm guessing no because of the caliper bracket.

Yes but braided stainless hoses are highly recommended for a better result while you’re at it.

I got Goodridge ss lines f/r, center off eBay..not sure you will find a specialty part like that locally.
