You just need to get a better tune on there. I am running 11psi on the stock Magnacharger pulley, granted, I am running a TVS2300. Sounds like you have some tweaking room in there, then I would start throwing $$$ at parts.

I am running stock everything, except for the blower and meth, and the power is amazing. Running the numbers, estimated 750HP at the crank.

thanks jennabear, i am going to get it retuned this spring. Does blackbear tune trans and motor? and do you know when you will be back around the grand rapids michigan area? Ive heard its the best around

Yes, both motor and trans get tuned. Not sure when the guys are going to Michigan again.

TVS 1900 will be a bottle neck for high flowing heads...so i wouldn't change heads unless going to a larger blower like a 2300.

If you do long tube headers, you'll need to pulley the blower down since you'll loose some boost through the freer flowing setup. A retune obviously for that. If you can switch to E85,...thats a big power upgrade...just need more fuel...obviously, you will loose economy.

Camshaft will be a good mod too, do the trunion upgrade and new springs. Any really big power planned,...the 1900 will eventually be a cork in the system....it's just a small blower for BIG power.

+1 HERE....

black bear tuned...6.2L, TVS2300, LS7 ported TB, 1 3/4 catless AR headers, smaller pulley, working on the meth tune as we speak with Justin...thing scoots really good!!!!! next step for me is to get a cam for my application...its a DD and im not adding stall, so my cam will be a sleeper cam...

as far as trans dont do dead digs, otherwise it will handle just fine...get a nice cooler for it...transes hate heat!
