Today I had some 1 on 1 time with my 2018 Yukon that hit the 100K milestone. Did an oil change. Pulled the front fender liners to make more clearance for my 305/45/22 tires and being lowered then reinstalled the fender liners. Spent about 5hrs cleaning the inside & only took 20 minutes to clean the outside thanks to the ceramic coating.

Been looking at 305 tires how did you massage wheel liners for clearance.

Removed fender liner, pushed out (hammer time) the top & fireside tabs that the liner connects to then reinstalled the fender liners. Tire were barely rubbing on tight turns but now no rubbing. Did this to my 2008 Avalanche that had the same lowering kit & 305 tires.

The General UHP tires are awesome and look great too.

I really like the look of the 305/45R22 on there with your 2/3 drop. Also, there's absolutely nothing wrong with massaging the inside of those front wheel wells to make some more room for tire clearance. Once that fender liner go back in you never see it.

Were you able to reuse the factory fender liner clips or did you add new rivets to keep the fender liner back?
How much "hammer time" of additional clearance did you add you think? 1/2", 3/4" ?

What ceramic coating did you use?
CQuartz UK 3.0. I put in on my 2011 Camaro SS & 2014 SS Sedan too. Takes me around 5 hours to do a full paint correction then it's a 3 hour process to apply the ceramic coating. That's 2 coats with a 1 hour wait between coats.

This ceramic is very easy to apply. Way easier than waxing but the wipe off process is where you can fail. Just make sure it is wiped down completely.

I got the 2011 Camaro 2SS manual transmission 80K miles from an auction ($5,600) as a donor for my 1973 Camaro but too nice so keeping it. Was missing part of front bumper.
