My drivers side is slightly off. The ONLY reason I notice it is because I'm so OCD.

Is it fair to say, if the axis ARE slightly off, that its only noticeable when shining against a flat surface like a wall? or is it also noticeable in real-world driving?

If you're noticing it in RL driving that's how you know it's really off. :)

Yup, that is a tiny bit off ... although it's also emphasized because the edges of the RX-350 beam pattern flare up by design.

I'm guessing it's due to our two trucks being slightly different. If it really bothers you you might be able to adjust it by tightening/loosening certain side of the housing bolts.

I'll post pics of the cut off as soon as I get them installed. After working with B.G. for the last couple weeks I'm sure he'd make it right if it wasn't.
