I think it depends on the year. My 4L60E is a std bell housing ... I hear they changed to a 180 degree bell housing in later years. So I guess you gotta crawl under and look ... I seem to think there is 6 for my 350 in the Camaro. I've had that thing in and out enough ... LOL

There is 6 on the TH400 and 700 on in my garage.

2 for the bell housing and then 6 for the tranny to motor... I just replaced my motor myself a couple months ago and did this, a couple of them are a pita to get to and you can only use a wrench, unless there is a specialty tool that I know I didnt have..... Otherwise not that hard to do....GL

ok. thanks guys. one more. i seen on the front of the motor where u can hookup the picker to but dont no where in the back? where did yall pick the motor up from?
