All the other Tahoes and Yukons I looks at had cracks. Some worse than others. This one was overall in much better shape all together. Nearly looks brand new.

Some make it a long time before they crack. Mine lasted until last spring when I ran down and extremely washboarded road on a really hot day. It cracked by the airbag corner. I have since replaced it.

At the minimum, turn off that damned DOD with a programer or get it tuned.
Just turning off the dod and doing some tweaks to the trans shifting and torque converter
strategy will make you LOVE the 6.2 and extend the life of everything greatly

Also had a Spintech 6000 muffler installed. Gotta say I’m not a fan. May delete the resonator and see how I like it.
