1997 4l80e to a 2007 LS engine

Will a 1997 4L80E bolt up to 2007 LS engine? It is for my Yukon. The only difference I see in the bolt pattern is the center top bolt. The LS engine has a bolt hole but this year of 4l80 doesn't. It does have the "newer" trans cooler line seperated.

A guy is selling this 4l80 with only 70k miles on it for only $250. He's calling it a 5 speed and from talking to him he doesn't know what he has.

Yes. The heat shield is still on it. No signs of leakage. The shafts have no play or wear. I don't even think it's ever been worked on.
