i really do... its not hating on anyone but i cant stand lowered 4x4s. 2wd yes but not on something that was never meant to be lowered

Nothing was ever designed to be lifted or lowered.
Technically.

Thanks Damian you have a nice whip too. I see you have had 24 and 26 by any chance do you know what tire size you where running on each set. And what set did you like better on the drop. Im getting some rims soon.thanks

You gotta run rubberbands on 26'zzz if you wanna be slammed also.. Like a 255/30 or 265/25.. I got 255/30's and I barely rub..

If I had the money, I would buy a raptor and lay frame just to piss you off...

HAHAHAHA.

I wouldn't say a raptor was designed to be lifted I think they designed it at the factory height for a reason.

Truck looks clean! What kit are you running to get the 4/6 drop? I need to redo my suspension & I'm trying to decide on a kit.

I have djm springs in the back and i have lowering torsion keys in the front. All four corners have the beltech street performance lowering shock. The front can still drop another 2 inches but i will have camber issues. I think this height works for me. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1371952545.627498.jpgImageUploadedByTapatalk1371952619.910203.jpg

Why would you want to lower a 4x4... You still wanna use it as a 4x4 but lowering it is a joke IMO. Might have a hard time in 4wd crossing speed bumps lol

I lowered mine because I couldnt find a 2wd model. I like performance and would much rather have a truck that handles corners than a big lifted tank, been there, done that 20 years ago... Everyone has their own opinion on what they like and dont like. I cant stand "poser" lifted Duramax's with 38's or 40" Super Swampers that have probably never even seen a dirt road, let alone an actual mud hole or trail. At least I can drive my truck across the country without going insane. Have you ever taken a trip in a lifted "4x4" with Super Swampers? The drone and tire howl would make you put a gun to your head within 300 miles. Trust me, I know. Had an 82 GMC SWB with 38's, but Im not 19 anymore and my tastes in vehicles have changed drastically. :)
