The only reason I know is it happened to me.
My little VATS resistance emulator box of my remote start on my Viper alarm had drifted over time and the truck wasnt seeing the correct resistance value causing me this headache. Pulled out the relay and jumped to drive home.
Of course with the 0411 I just tuned it out.
