Can anyone with a stock radiator, pull the hose going to the overflow tank and snap a pic of what the outlet on the radiator look like? Thank you in advance

It did bump my temp 1-2degrees. It’s made of 1/2” aluminum round, 3/32 hole drilled through. The restriction in the output on my radiator I would guess at 5/32”

Geezeeee that's tiny hole. Did you just put that in the return tube going to the tank and let it ride?

yep, just rides in there. 1/2” round seems to be snug enough to not move, but not so tight I can’t work it back out of the hose. Hose is meant to be an air bleed. once air is initially bled out of the system and if coolant isnt boiling in the heads anywhere, the hose doesn’t need to be there during normal operation. So it’s really just how small of a hole do want to risk being plugged if you started to overheat. I guess I’d be more concerned about it plugging up if I was running dexcool. While it’s running I can shine a flashlight into the tank below the air bleed hose and see the shadow of the tiny coolant stream shooting out.
