1. Where is the horn located?

2. Where is the fuel filter located and do I need any special tools to change it?

Thanks for your help

your horn should be located on the core support and the fuel filter is located on the driver side inside the frame rail right below the back of the driver door.

you`ll need some line wrenches. if i remember correctly it`s a 5/8 and 11/16 but i could be wrong. if the filter was changed regularly you may be able to remove it with regular wrenches but you don`t want to strip those nuts!

i`ve never had to change a horn on one of these trucks but if i had to guess you can just pop the black panel under your hood that goes from the grille to the radiator support. just take a thin screwdriver and pry the pins up and remove the panel. the horn should be down in there.

i could be wrong so hopefully someone that knows for sure will reply.

Pull the fuel pump fuse while the truck is running to get most of the fuel out.
