No I am wrong to say it in this way "cranking"...I turn the key. Also I did not shut it off in working condition it had shut off while driving on the interstate.

If your brother wiggled cables and it would start......then THAT is your problem area imho.

unless it was making noise or you were blowing massive pillows of white smoke out the tailpipe then it's highly unlikely that the engine is seized.
you should be able to put a socket on the harmonic balancer bolt attach a fair sized ratchet then you should be able to turn the motor either direction, do it from under the engine so you have room unless you are weak as a mouse it will turn. If for some reason it won't I would start looking at the other end -flex plate

Thank you for clarification I put my vehicle info below but for some reason cannot attach an image of my codes. I found the purple wire coming from the fuse box that leads to the starter solenoid. I probed it and measured the voltage at that point and there was still 7 volts when cranking. I did some research on the ignition switch and I did not realize that a faulty switch could cause the vehicle to stop while driving. The symptoms all match up to what I am experiencing. I think i may have jumped the gun going off of what I knew about my brothers experience and when down the wrong rabbit hole. Kicking myself a little for an unnecessary replacement of the starter and battery. Looks like I will be on the hunt for a new ignition switch and see. Is there anyway to bypass this and see if it is in fact the culprit?
this statement right here???? when did you replace the battery? you stated you took it to autozone and they tested it and charged it and that it was good
when did you replace the starter??? you said you removed it and it bench tested ok
I'm thinking you have a bad starter even though it tested working with no strain on it. did you turn the key to run and jumper a wire from the battery power to the starter to the solenoid??

I have never been a fan of taking anything off a vehicle to go have it tested. Needs to be on the vehicle and all attached to test correctly, IMO. I have replaced "tested good" starters before and fixed problems.

my brother in law brought his truck over to me one time because it had intermittent start, we were both pretty sure it was the starter, I disconnected the positive battery cable set it to the side, pulled the starter and I thought you know what I am going to test this right here on the ground, went and got my battery charger, hooked it up and dam starter worked every single time over and over, so guess what? pulled the negative battery terminal off and walla crap ton of hidden corrosion, looked fine from the outside. wire brushed it, stuck the starter back in, hasn't had a problem since.

While still attached to the truck. If you just took off and had it tested at parts store you may not have found the neg cable corrosion. Knowing you from here I would bet you would have found it though. IMO, that is Basics 101. The starter is only as good as the components attached to it.

I just had my John Deere tractor last week give me zero lights or power etc.

Had what I thought was minor corrosion on terminal that was the WHOLE problem. Cleaned them up good and bingo...POWER.
