2001 Z71 Tahoe

Just hit 262,000 miles on my truck. Replaced the Tranny at 200k just to be safe. Original motor no problems at all. Still tows the 32ft Contender just fine. Gotta love the Bowties.

I love the 4.10 gears especially with the rims and pulling the boat. The RPM's don't get to high when on the highway. I plan on taking the roof rack off this weekend and lowering it. Doing a 2/3 Belltech drop.

Thanks guys. I bought the truck brand new back in 2001 and nothing major has gone wrong (knock on wood) I just recently had to replace the water pump but thats really it. She is definitely a trooper.

i just turned over 110k in my 01 Z71, good to know she will be around awhile. Allthough I hope to have a 6.0 and 80e in there way before I hit that mark

262,000 miles?!? Insane man. I had the same vehicle prior and rode mine out until 150k before the switch to the nnbs. Looks GREAT for the high mileage... Hope mine lasts that long!

Yea i've seen an nbs with the kmc slide 24s and a subtle drop and it looked soooo $$$$.
